Z97-D3H Boot loop, now bios update causing windows not to boot.

I was running version f4, decided to update bios with the gigabyte app center, it upgraded me to f9 and after it was done i went to restart the pc and now windows wont load from disc in optical drive or my ssd. Cant even run windows repair because computer freezes after bios when it tries to run disc or load windows.

Also my pc has had a boot loot problem for some time. Until this bios problem i never turned the pc off because it usually requires anywhere from 2-15 reboots to load and run.

Did you pull the power plug, battery, and clear the cmos? The put back in the battery and unclear the cmos. Then set it default setting? One other thing this is up any body updating the bios from windows. But it can cause problems. Plus this is the big one WHY did you update?

Yes ive tried clearing the cmos and loading the optimized defaults. I updated because i was having temp issues and i read that a bios update might help.
I just got off the phone with a gigabyte support tech and he told me to send it in.
Thank you for your suggestions.
