Guys, I feel ashamed  :-\ In the agony to almost  sending the motherboard to the service, I took off all USB devices, except PS2 keyboard. I tried to get into the BIOS and it worked!  I returned one by one and successfully entered the BIOS, all until I have got frozen BIOS again. And I found that it comes from analog Joystick that I was connected and totally forgot about it! Without it, everything works perfect! Thank You all for your help!

Sorry to resurrect an old thread... 
 But OMG,   light bulb moment! After searching around for answers to my freezing bios problem........yep joystick still plugged in.  Thanks for posting your solution.

Uouououuo... I can´t believe in such lousy programming... although I have AMI BIos... I am having that issue and I al looking forward to test that home tonight.. I also forgot a logitech joystick in a usb at the monitor!!
