Getting support from Gigabyte without giving serial number of board.

Does anyone know how I can access help from Gigabyte support without getting into the bowels of my PC for the serial nos? or do i have to dis-assemble?

You cant register for support w/o a S/N.  They need a S/N to properly identify you and your product.  Its just how it works.

 I would know if there were recent updates or not.

I understand.  How many times have we all called somewhere looking for a mailing address and you have to give up your first born for the info  ;D
