I have bought a GIGABYTE motherboard(GA-Z270X-UD3) and network card(HP NC365T Ethernet Adapter)
But I was troubled
If there a solution to the my problem
please guide me

You've given us nothing to go on.  We have no idea what issue you are experiencing. If you'd like assistance, you'll need to tell what problem you are experiencing. 

On an aside.   If you needed 2 NICs, the UD5 might have been a better option for you. Not only does it have 2 intel NIC's, but it also supports teaming.
