Not sure if this is z170 or Z270?
Incorrect BIOS settings or disk preparation can cause this behavior.
If 170, disconnect or move Seagates to ASMedia ASM1061 chip (set AHCI mode) and retest.
If 270, disconnect seagates and test boot time.
Are you running Linux or just using it as an example? More information might help.
