No response from UK support

No response from UK support

No impressed with UK support.

Does anyone know how long UK support take to respond to an email as it was raised on the 20th and I'm still waiting.

Hi there,

Depending on how busy they are, it can take up to five+ working days to get a response.
Remember, when all else fails a cup of tea and a good swear will often help! It won't solve the problem but it will make you feel better.

Thanks for letting me know.

I cant believe that a company as big as Gigabyte, only have email support and it takes them so long to reply. I'm not sure that I would ever buy anything from them again, especially as its a server motherboard that seems to have a problem.

Thanks run3R, I did eventually get a response from support, and then had to wait another few days before they just referred me back to the supplier.
