Hello everyone,
My pc is running all games I have tried at really low fps. I reinstalled my drivers but still no luck and this is all on a clean install of windows 10.
I have vsync off, I get around 70-90 fps on league of legends max setting but here's the weird thing when i lower my settings to the lowest possible I still get the same fps no change at all. It is not capped. I have also tried minecraft and again i only get around 80-90fps max settings. I really don't understand what is wrong but any help would be greatly appreciated!.

CPU: AMD FX-8120 Eight Core Processor
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-880GM-USB3
Ram: 12GB (some sort of generic RAM)
PSU: Corsair CX600
OS: Windows 10
CPU temp: 30.3C
GPU temp: 58C
