specs:
Aurus ax370-gaming 5
Revision 1.0
Not sure what bios i have as i havent been able to get a monitor output
Ryzen 5 1600
2x8 gb 2400mhz ddr4 corsair vengeance lpx
Gtx 1070 evga ftw
I currently have no hardrives or ssd's plugged in
Seasonic g-650

So i started upgrading my pc a few weeks ago but ran into trouble. I couldnt get a monitor output and the cpu led light was on meaning there is something wrong with the cpu. I had the cpu tested as i thought that it was the origin of the problem but it turned out that there was nothing wrong with it. I have tried both of the bios' on this board and ive cleared the cmos a couple of times now. Yes i have the hdmi cable plugged into my gpu. I know that all of the parts of my pc and monitor work. I'm completely stuck and i dont know what could be wrong now.
Thx in advance for the help

Did you try to put the graphics card into another slot?
