Ok, i figure it out. I didn't have to install the VIA drivers for HDMI audio, but Intel's (R) Display Audio drivers, that come with Intel's Graphic's drivers. But if you delete Intel's graphic's drivers and let Windows do a clean installation, it doesn't install the audio drivers if you already have a Windows generic audio driver for HDMI. So you have to go Intel's website and manually download and install the drivers to get the full package. Now I have Intel's Display Audio driver, and Dolby True HD and DTS HD are both working, finally. No idea what happened, probably Windows 10 updated something and corrupted my audio driver or something.
