X99 no PCI Express 3.0

Hello,

I've got a x99-UD4 with 5820k and amd radeon 290 tri x GPU

My graphic card seems to use only PCI express x16 1.1 and not 3.0 :

I tried in the bios PCIe in auto mode or Gen 3 mode, it doesnt change the result.
All slots are PCI x16 3.0 :

And the graphic card is indeed in the PCIE_1 slot...

The bios is F22, lateste radeon drivers 17.9.1, last intel inf...

Any idea ?

Is it a bug ?
