GA-EP43T-USB3 warning overclocking or votgage problems

hi everyone

i have a GA-EP43T-USB3 and i been getting this message when  try to boot up it works for a while then i get Pixels all over the screen i think it`s the gpu but want to check if anyone has encountered this

warning overclocking or voltage problems.system has experienced  boot failures because of a overclocking or changes of voltages last settings his page may not coincide with current h/w state
i have not overclocked at all
hardware. i have a intel  q6700 cpu and dominator 1333 2x2 ram installed

Board was released 8 yrs ago.  That message could be anything.  CPU, PSU, Memory, GPU, North or South bridge, capacitor, VRM, other mother board component.  Time to retire her with dignity.
