Problems network card Realtek PCIe GBE (GA-H67N-USB3-B3)
« on: November 16, 2017, 10:02:30 am »
Yesterday I updated my system to Windows 10 and the speed of network card is of 10Mbps!!!

Before I had Windows 7 and the speed of network card was 100Mbps.

I updated drivers of mother board (GA-H67N-USB3-B3) but I could not solve the problem.

Can you help me?

Thanks

Greetings,
What is the NIC connected to?  Is that device 10/100 or GBE?  Cable you are connecting with needs to be Cat5 or above.

Did you install intel chipset .inf drivers?

Did you install the LAN Optimizer Utility add on?  If so, I suggest you uninstall that, restart and retest.

Since it was working previously at 100mbps, its doubtful its a cable or port.  Most likely related to software.

Look at the properties for the adapter, make one change at a time, then disconnect / reconnect the cable after each change to see if negotiation changes.

Thanks for your help!!

The NIC is connected to the router. The device is GBE and is integrated on motherboard. Cable is 5e. Cable isnot problem because I tried with other cable.

Yes I updated the last drivers off the official web.

I didn't install LAN Optimizer Utility.

I'm going to try this afternoon with another network card, if it works the problem will be in the network card or in the controllers.

I will keep telling you

Thanks!!!
