Best single slot graphics card

Okay guys....

Well I’ve just finished my first build and thankfully all sorted thanks to lots of advice from you guys so thank you all.

I’ve basically built a big download box (not gaming PC) for downloading, watching films/series and mild gaming,

Just wondered what the best single slot graphics card was?

Currently running a Nvidia GTX 745 4GB cos I picked it up cheap, I know it’s old but does the job. It’s just obviously would like to know if I could find an affordable upgrade.

Using it on a 990fxa-ud3 so if there’s one that’s SLI capable it would be benefical.

Let’s just say money’s not an object but I don’t want to go overboard.

Like I said it’s only to make things run smoother and look as best as possible whilst watching programmes, not for gaming or anything hi-tech.
