The problem is he cannot access the front panel connections on the motherboard if he fills the forth PCIe slot. The graphics card is too close to the bottom of the motherboard.

Why doesn't he put the front panel connections on first? Or doesn't it fit with the fourth card inserted afterwards?

Guess you also lose the on/off charge ability too.
That sucks.

I guess they gave the ability to quad card, but never thought someone actually would, so they didn't design the layout properly.

Haha, this is what is known as a bonehead move or in Homer Simpson terms "Doh!"

Oh well I guess you better cash in your VIP card and call some gigabyte engineers over pronto!
They may need to design a customized board for you.

Yeah just do what dkslim saids, get a ps2 keyboard or ps2/usb converter to hook it up. Though i don't know if it works for wireless usb keyboards?

You actually lose the ability to make any connections along the base of the motherboard, FPC, USB, 1394, sys fan etc.
The only other thing I can think of for Gigabyte to do would be make some L shaped connectors for the bottom blocks.

Looks like asus thought ahead, and put the FP connectors at edge of the board

Good thing they still got the power on by keyboard option or else there would no way to turn on the pc
unless he uses his Jedi mind trick.

That's pretty much the same as on the board in question. Only thing is when you use a full size graphics card in the bottom slot it covers all the connectors anyway! ???
