Standby light?
« on: June 04, 2010, 12:18:20 am »
My P55A-UD4P shows NO light when it goes into standby.  It looks the same as when it is powered off.  Is there a setting somewhere for this?  I'm used to a slow-flashing light on my other computers.  (My case is Antec Sonata 500 if that matters.)

This is my first computer build, so maybe I'm just missing something that will be obvious to many of you.

Thanks!

Gigabyte Support told me that S3 standby has NO LIGHTS lit and that I have to use S1 standby if I want a light.  Not so happy that my old eMachine does S3 standby with a slowly flashing light, but my Ferrari of a new motherboard does not.  Well, not gonna cry about it.  I'm just sayin'.... :D

Oh, I *AM* enjoying it.  I've just been trying to tie up any "loose ends"--minor issues that I'm finally getting around to looking into.  But, thanks! :)
