It lowered the temp by 5 degrees C. So that did help. Thanks for the advice! Now if I could just get that replacement heat-pipe cooler in for the Northbridge.

Yes hopefully it will arrive with the screws ;D If not do as i suggested in my last post to you and see if you can get any joy, it was after all their mistake.

Yes, I do feel that this is one place Gigabyte could make some changes. Even though I am sure that they are working hard behind the scenes to action all the queries they must get, as customers, usually with problems, there is no aknowledgment that your email has even been noticed. Just a reply saying that your request was being dealt with and to expect an answer in x amount of days. Any wait seems less if it is determinate.
