I am having the same issue as reported here
http://forums.amd.com/game/messageview.cfm?catid=260&threadid=125548

Intermitently my computer will not boot (stuck at the BIOS screen), since installing the 5770 video card. To overcome the problem, I simply click the reset button, and then it starts fine.

I have the same problem on another computer (see config belo). Another video card (Saphire HD4670) works fine on both machines.

It is a hardware issue with the video card, as it happens at BIOS POST, and I am not the only one having the same issue. It is also difficult to replicate, as it doesn't happen every time.

I only bought this product 7 months ago, and want the issue fixed ASAP, as it is driving me crazy.

I got a reply from Gigabyte, telling me I should test the VGA card in another computer, even though I have already stated that teh card has aleady been tested on two different PC's (see below).

The obvious thing is that the card has a fault(which I am sure you have already cobnsidered ;D) The symptoms seem to suggest that the video bios is booting too slowly for the main BIOS and getting left behind. Maybe a firmware update on the card would help.
