Z97MX-Gaming 5 USB losing connection, lan not booting, mobo not booking

Hello.
I have some weird problems with my mobo, they did happend since I had it, but it's not impacting in PC usage most of the time.
1st is that sometime during bootup PC freezez, it don't even start POST tests, just power on and waits for reset/power off... rare but happens.
2nd: From time to time it boot up with LAN driver not working at all, i have to disable/enable it in hardware manager (not always help) or restart PC
3rd, most annoying. USB ports, I have problems with it, they lose connection randomly for a sec. Sometime it work mostly fine, but it can lose connection with controller or worst, with memory stick/card during data transfer, just for a moment to reconnect and it repeats...
I have newest drivers, bios update. Same situation. Maybe someone have similar problems with this mobo and found a fix. To be honest USB connection is most troublesome.
Thanks.

Welcome,
Thanks for the description of your problem.  With this limited information, I'll respond to the general issues.

Without more history or information, I cannot be more specific.  Sounds like a software issue.

Start here:  Perform a CMOS Reset (CLR_CMOS) and reconfigure settings from scratch. From a troubleshooting perspective, the less you change while testing, the better.

Hardware, OS and drivers;

Was this a fresh install or did you migrate the OS from another system.  If a fresh install was not performed, do this.  You can back up your system first.

Are you using memory from the QVL list for your board, or overclocking.  This can lead to an unreliable system or unexpected behavior.  Best to disable while troubleshooting.  Using QVL RAM is best.

Connected devices and / or using a USB hub.  If you use devices with a high power draw or in conjunction with a hub, once again unreliable behavior can result.

You'll need to perform more troubleshooting.

Here is photo from HW infor about spec:

I'm using most of device directly connected. I also have a hub with card reader in it and steam controller connected. But issue happen to all of it same frequently.
It was fresh windows installation, RAM works on stock value, CPU is OCed to 4,5GHz.
It happened once that my bios restarted out of nowhere to default settings. But it was only one time event.Newest drivers from Gigabyte web, killer network drivers from KN web page ( it helped a bit, lan not booking is really rare now same as mobo not booking - i thing it was related to each other).

What BIOS rev are you running?

Have you reset to defaults and tested?

Has the BIOS been updated?  If so, did you use @BIOS to update or Q-Flash?  Suggest you use Q-Flash for all BIOS upgrades.

I bought it with F6 already.
I did default reset twice on it. In last 3 days it hang on booting up 3 times. I have no clue what can cause it.
Its weird it don't even show any screen info, just power on, wait with fans running and nothing. I have to press power button once to shut it off and just turn on again.

Greetings,
So the board is almost 5 yrs old and you've had this "recurring" issue since day one.

You are not using QVL RAM.  There is not Kingston RAM listed for 1866Mhz.  This is not to say it won't work, its just not certified as supported.  Did you buy this board used?  It didn't ship with F6.  How was it upgraded?  You may want to try reflashing F6 using Q-Flash.

Freezing or detection issues can be caused by a faulty BIOS flash, defective hardware, incompatible memory or aggressive/incorrect BIOS settings.

You have more troubleshooting to do.

If the system freezes randomly/repetitively after reset there is an underlying problem.  (One of the items I mentioned above)
