Z390 DESIGNARE (rev. 1.0) Usb Stop working

Hello there

I bought Z390 DESIGNARE (rev. 1.0)
and after one month USB on back panel stop working
USB3.0 DAC-UP x 2, and USB3.0 x 2

when i plug-in anything printer, USB flash external USB HD... nothing happen
cant see bootable USB from those ... i did fresh win install ... nothing

I try to reset bios, CMOS Reset

Board have F6 Bios

Here is Comp spec:
Windows 10 64 bit, Version 1809 build 17763.529

2 x 8 gb hyperx HX426C16FB2/8
CorsairHX850i 850W
GeForce RTX™ 2060 GAMING OC PRO 6G (rev. 2.0)
Samsung evo 970 nvme 500gb..

2 x WD Red 4TB, WD40EFRX, 3,5", SATA 6GB/s 64MB RED NAS (in raid 1)

USB - connected with 2 Printers and Headphones

What BIOS did your board ship with?

i9-9900k is supported starting with F3

How did you update the BIOS (procedure you used) @BIOS or QFLASH?

What happens if you plug a USB mouse and keyboard into the 2 (blue) USB 3.0 ports below the DAC UP  ports?

Can you use <DEL> to enter BIOS
<F9> for system info
<F12> for one time boot menu
<END> for QFLASH

After boot, can you log in and control your desktop and windows?

Is this utility installed?

i forgot maybe F4 not sure

i update it with @BIOS
and yesterday i did QFLASH also .. was thinking maybe it will fix it

when i plug mouse and keyboard into blue  ports...Nothing.. windows loaded with no mouse and keyboard... also there was no light indicator on mouse and keyboard

only utility i installed was @BIOS and led ambient to control led on motherboard
also  app center to download drivers

Greetings,
Loading setup defaults should allow the ports to function.  You've indicated the ports worked previously.  Now, they do not detect connected devices pre-boot, during setup when loading the OS or after install. 

Given the inoperability, I'd exchange the MB with the retailer.  If beyond the return window, I'd RMA with support.

today i sent PC to retailer and they told me that those port don't get any voltage... and they order new board for replacement
