Whenever possible, yes. The ones which appear in a different color have been tested and are certified compatible by Gigabyte. Some of their boards are very finnicky. Nothing's worse than getting your build together only to find that it won't POST, boot or run reliably because of a memory choice. Using QVL RAM just increases your probability of success.
