Should I update to the F10b bios version from the website for the Gigabyte Aorus Master motherboard? Not sure if I should or not.

Beta BIOS no.

If your board is working, don't upgrade.

Thank you. Should I upgrade to any of them. Just not the ‘b’ version. That’s if I am running someThing older

If your rig is running stable, there is no need to upgrade.  Upgrades are only needed to resolve or address a specific problem, add support or address compatibility or to address a specific security concern.

Some upgrades can actually introduce undesired behavior.  Be mindful of this.
