« on: September 10, 2019, 10:50:59 pm »
Hi.

A month after the purchase, the pump started making a sizzling and buzzing noise, which is unbearable especially at night.
Recorded by phone so please turn up the sound will be heard even clearer.

If the card is defective and only a month old, you have an RMA option.

Haha.
The service said that the pump works normally and does not make noise, this is what they wrote me quotes:

Dear Sir/Madam,

there is no warranty claim which was agreed that the card would be replaced. We do not replace any products for first RMA only repair. If you want a refund, please contact your original supplier of the graphic card. The test result claim that the sound of the water pump is on a normal noise level and not considered as defective.

Mit freundlichen Grüßen/Best regards,
RMA -Team

Here is the link to the new video on youtube like the pump buzzing and the pump making noise.

I will publicize this matter wherever possible on youtube / facebook / twitter in various forums because I feel cheated for the card for which I paid 1,400 euros.

This is the answer from German Gigabyte support:

They sent me the card without any explanation, they only replied when I asked for an e-mail and kicked me out of the chat and closed the chat.
THIS COMPANY IS ONE GREAT JOKE, I WILL NOT BUY ANY MORE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I agree. That doesn't sound normal.  I would pursue it further.
