Can't install App Center

Hi to all,
I have a Z370 AORUS Gaming 3 and I'm trying to install the App Center on Windows 10 from the support utility page

The installation is successful but when I try to run the program I get this message

"The feature you are trying to use is on a network that is unavailable"

Any ideas?
