GA-MA770-DS3

Hi,

I've been given a GA-MA770-DS3 motherboard (looks like its fitted with an AMD processor looking at the cooler).
Wanted to make it into a gaming PC so bought a Radeon RX570 GPU for it, which then required an upgrade of PSU so we chose the Gigabyte G750H.

Parts all put together, I get a beep code and no monitor output from the GPU and the motherboard has no on-board monitor port.

Removing the GPU I still get the same beep code. Tried resetting the Bios (by removing the battery) to no effect.

I'm having trouble understanding the beep code.
Sounds like its 3 beeps lasting approx 1 second followed by a double beep (2 beeps each lasting one second with maybe 100ms between them). Each of the beeps are about 3 seconds apart.
Do I interpret this as a graphics card error? Is that normal without a GPU installed?

Greetings,
3 beeps, if this is accurate is typically memory.
