Hi.
My system consists of:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H270 Gaming 3
CPU: I7 7700 (not k)
Memories: Kingstone 16gb (2 x 8gb)
GPU: MSI RX 570 Armor 4gb OC
Monitors: 2 (one connected by hdmi and the other by DVI-D, both 1920 x 1080)
A few days ago I replaced my old nvidia GT740 GPU (which worked perfectly on Sierra, H. Sierra, Mojave and Catalina) with this new RX570.
The board worked perfectly for a few days, but then the random freezes began: the screens were gray, without a cursor, the hdd led went off and the only way to turn off or restart the computer was through the power button. Sometimes one screen was blue and one blank. A few times the 2 screens went black.
Several times after restarting the computer, the bios gave me an error and asked me to load the default values before I could start.
I clarify that this board in Windows 10 works perfectly well.
I have done everything suggested to me in different forums. I have tried different Clover configurations, patched ssdt. I have tried different smbios, although for my system the one that best fits is 18.2 or 18.3 (and allows me to configure it as "headless" and also use the integrated HD630).
I no longer know what to do and I think it may be a defective gpu problem.
I will appreciate any help you can give me.
