Gigabyte's RX 5600 XT GAMING OC 6G

Have tried all the bios mine came with f60 bios I have tried flashing to f61
memory remains at 12Gbps

tried f1 f2 f3 bios memory remains at 12Gbps

Are some cards not capable of flashing to 14GBps ?

please close I sent it back for full refund and boycotting gigabyte
whats happened to this company they used to be so good
