When making a request for assistance, one has to provide a lot of technical informations about product and PC system details. A had not all informations available right away, and lost time to look for.
Some mandatory fields are even totally unrelated to the cutomer's problem.

There is no way to bypass the difficult questions; otherwise no ticket will be opened !
I would welcome a method  either to send reports of any system analyzer report (e.g.BelarcAdviser or similar) or installation of a Gigabyte System Analyzer in order to scan for required information.

Anyone here has direct relations at 'Technical Support'  to suggest that which is being done by other hardware brands ?
