Motherboards go dead and it still has a warenty

My name is Dario and I am from Zagreb-Croatia. I bought my GIGABYTE motherboard (wich is dead now..just like that..) in shop VEMIL d.o.o. here in ZAGREB, that shop want bankrupt and now its called UNUS MEDIA d.o.o. My motherboard still has the warenty but they doesnt wont to replase it. I bought it fair and I want it to be raplased without me paying again for it. They told me to contact you and you will take it care.
So here I am..
I need my computer because I am a graphic and web designer and I need a very fast replasement. Its very very veeery urgent.

 I expect fas intervention from you.

Well hi and welcome to the forum. Do you not have a Gigabyte dealership in Croatia? Or indeed any where nearer than the UK. The problem here is that this is just a forum and we try to help each other out but we are not in any way employed by Gigabyte and so cannot help you get your motherboard replaced. I can only suggest to contact the Gigabyte HQ in the Netherlands. I think that would be the quickest route for you.
