Well we will keep our fingers crossed for you and please let us know what happens. It might be just as well to build it all on the bench first. Quick and easy with no worry of shorts.

ok the new motherboard (i think it's new because it back from service from gigabyte with the note that is repaired) is in test on my desk from  ~2 weeks. motherboard seems to be ok. I have new PSU, bequiet p8 1000 W.
but my graphic card now making the sounds when she is under load. and in games there can see a little lags. it's very strange because there is no FPS drop just lags.
I'm in the middle of testing the graphic cards the :
palit 5870 eyefinity
and gtx 260
I will soon have a  comparison if the graphic cards behaviour are the same. if not that means that my palit is broken. when they will work the same way I don't know what will I do.
It could be a motherboard or something else.

I wonder if there is any problem with the voltages on the motherboard. with the PCIE or something.

And my motherboard temperatures are from ~60 to ~80. now is mostly 60 because I have a fan over the chipset.

Your problem could well be latency. Download and run dpclatency checker and see what sort of reading s you get. If there are any red bars then you have a latency problem and will need to find the cause of it.

I was unable to run this program yet, because I wasn't home from 2 days. but I wonder if this program tests just LAN cards??
becouse I don't have problems with the network, I don't play online games. I have this lags in games in single player. this can be called graphic lags.

both games are original:
In GTA 4 when I fly a helicopter the city under me, don't slide smooth. It jumps it looks like lags but I'm not online.
when I play fallout 3 and in first missions (single player to) and I walked hallways i can see the micro lags. the hallways didn't slide smooth.
In fallout this lags don't bother me so much, but in the gta 4 they don't look nice and it's frustrating during playing.
other games I didn't heck.

No it is not just for the LAN connection, it is for the whole system.

OK now in this time, another (second) motherboard is in service.
I tested everything, Games and system other graphics etcetera always running witch dpclatency checker.
and what I found??
No matter if  on the motherboard was a radeon 5870 eyefinity or gtx 260 (or both)
And the same is for the disk i have systems on two disk older one seagate and new WD SATA3 640 GB
about system (windows 7) when I working on it (running applications, copy some files, firefox, total commander,) i have dpclatency checker showing me the red column out of scale (above 16000 U or some thing like that),
when I played games (gta 4, fallout 3) the red column where in half of scale ~~4000 U.

I want to say that I installed the newest drivers for the motherboard and new F6 BIOS. This nothing change.
I'm very disappointed in this motherboard and in Gigabyte...

I know that this motherboard will be "repaired". when it will be back to me, I run the tests again ;/ 3rd time.

The thing is there are many different possible causes of latency on your system and most systems are different. It can be hardware or software caused and trying to pin down the problematic piece is not always easy. The best way is to litterally go through the system bit by bit. Start by disabling all unecessary devices in Device Manager and then go into Task Manager and turn off  everything that isn't needed to run windows. Then you can start testing and turn on one thing at a time and test all the while.

sorry but I don't have time for that kind of stuff and I think that the motherboard is broken, the software or hardware on her. So i returned it to service.

I have the motherboard. still the same. service told that it is working properly. but I still have the lags and drop downs and I don't know what to do next.

yesterday i was sitting and benchmarking every element of the computer.
burn in test and everest ultimate.

when I do the tests of LAN, AUDIO, CPU, GPU, RAM it show lags (16000)
without CPU and RAM its fine nothing happens. So I start to benchmark only cpu and RAM, both and separately.
I always run dpclatency checker and observe it when the drop outs was.

I know because I found it on the net that the dpclatency checker is used to check latency and drop-outs after overclocking but my CPU are not over clocked just RAM is, but it should work fine because the default values are:
1600 Mhz and CL 6-8-6-24 (CAS-TRCD-TRP-TRAS)  at 1,65 V.
all the values are set in BIOS on manual. (just the V 1,65 are 1,60 because there is 2 sets 1,60 and 1,80 so I set smaller one)

I observe the biggest drops when I run tests form everest like:

CPU Zlib, julia, mandel, sinjulia. when I run them the cpu usage was 99, 100 %, and my logitech g15 lcd freezes and i can't change the view. the other programs freezes to. and I have impression that this benchmarks last longer that they should.

can any body have some IDEAS??

My next step will be installing other systems like other windows XP and 7

oh and I forgot to mention that I turn off in BIOS the turbo boost technology. for second i have  feeling that this worked in the CPU Zlib but it was a mistake because the red bars in dpclatency checker just don't go. they just look different (1 yellow and 2 red one bigger from other).

Look with DPCLAT for latency

I have found problem with my GA-X58A-UD5 and JMicron drivers  --> good values are some 20 to  30 µs

For JMicron drivers problem is with IDE driver ( look if use JMide.inf and not JRaid.inf )

With JRaid.inf i have > 1000 µS bad , bad , bad

Just what I thought.
it doesn't work. I have problem with the processor / RAM not with the disks.

this a screen after few minutes of playing or just doing something in the system (like showing task manager):

any more ideas??

Have you tried disabling all the hardware that you can and then checking as you reinstate it? eg LAN, USB, Sound devices etc.

Yes I tried. I think this is not the problem witch lan usb sata, it's problem witch Motherboard, RAM, CPU.
I already wrote that this drop-outs occur when I run the CPU tests / benchmarks...
