Modular Cable Pack urgently required for 550W Odin Pro PSU: advice needed

I've been more than happy with the performance of the 550W Odin Pro I purchased back in 2008 however, on going to upgrade my graphics card (to a Radeon 5870) I found that the modular cable pack had gone missing (we've moved in the interim period and it appears to have been one of the many casualties). I'm now urgently in need of a replacement pack but unfortunately Gigabyte have not replied to my support ticket (submitted almost 2 weeks ago). I managed to find the number for the UK offices (having to resort to the "Say No to 0870" site as their contact number is frustratingly not displayed anywhere I could find on the site) and was put through to a guy that could barely speak English. The conversation was pretty short as, from what little I could make out, he was adamant I needed to call back tomorrow and speak to someone else, he gave me the impression he was disinterested and that it was all too much trouble. So does anyone have any advice on how best to proceed?

Hi and welcome to the forum. I think in fairness that you called on a bad day as far as getting anyone in a position to help you as they have all been away all weekend at a conference and I expect they are having a day off today.
I would try and phone tomorrow or PM the Gigabyte moderator of this forum "runn3R" and see if he can put you in touch with the right person.

Thanks for the quick reply. I hear what you're saying and I know these things happen but as someone who also runs a business I know you can't afford to have a "bad day" whatever the reasons, and having someone answer the phone who blatantly doesn't give a flying one doesn't really help matters. But I'll take it, chalk it up to being a one-off, try and call again tomorrow and in the mean time contact runn3R. Cheers for the post.

You, of course are absolutely right and in business, if you want to stay in business you have to give a good service all the time.
