long turnaround for RMA in USA
« on: September 06, 2010, 12:58:39 am »
I just realice that is gonna take up to 3 weeks for the rma turnaround

3 weeks, do you know how much is that?

and still the claim to have the best RMA service, that is bullcrap

I am so mad right now, I've paid almost 300 dollars for a MB that was working just for 2 days and then I'm gonna get a refurbished MB along with the 3 weeks of wait for 300 dollars

damn the day I went with Gigabyte

To be honest I don't understand why it should take so long. The RMA procedure should only be a couple of weeks at the most including transport. The board you get should be your own board returned as long as it is repairable and sometimes there is NFF as the problem is down to another component. In your case it is just a simple reflash of the chips so it should be quick.
