Hi and welcome to the forum. The setting they are talking about is listed as EIST in the BIOS. It should already be enabled but it doesn't hurt to check.
If you are using the stock cooler then I would suggest that you change it for a good quality heatsink/fan.

If it is set to "auto" it should be working anyway but changing to "enabled" certainly won't hurt.

The tempertures seem fine to me, a little on the high side but nothing much. What cooler and case are you using?

Oh well that's why your temps are a little on the high side if you are using a stock cooler. Obviously a better quality third party heatsink and fan would do a lot ot drop the temperature.

You also have no front fan in that case unless you add one.

The Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus makes for a good budget cooler.

Yes you need a good airflow through the case to bring in cool air and then expel the hot air. This should be as smooth a transition as possible so usually it is in at the front and out at the rear/top. There are many fans to choose from,  I expect as 120mm would fit your case. see here:

http://www.candccentral.co.uk/PC-Case-Fans.html

EDIT: I have just checked and the fan you require is a 120mm x 25mm for the front.

A front fan will help but really you need a better CPU cooler.

Core temps can be higher then the CPU temp really its the CPU temp you need to not get over 60-70C.

@ peter so i think i should buy hyper 212+ or is their any better one please tell me any other option as well if it is better than hyper as their is no restriction in money but yes i m man who spends any amount on a thing only once if it is best and it will exactly fulfil my needs i m not gonna spend over that so please tell me which one will b better as per future

and i heard of a thing called TIM basically know as thermal paste when my assembler was assembling my pc he didnt put any paste kind of a thing on my processor or not on heatsink also and i asked him now he told me that it was already their on the heatsink

is this true?

well this is for my knowledge only i made  my mind to buy an aftermarket cooler as per you all suggestions and i googled for images of hyper 212+ and i saw that their is TIM included in that pack so do i have to use that paste or arctic silver 5 as i m not sure that i will get silver 5 in my country but i can get it from another country if it is really worth than cooler master paste that is included

@dark please suggest me a good 120*25 fan as none of local shops has any knowledge of these things

thanks

Well there are many good fans on the market. From personal experience I would recommend either the Noctua NF-S12 1200 RPM  or the Scythe Gentle Typhoons.
