What you have to remember is that some motherboard chipsets have limitations and can only take a full compliment of single sided modules  and if you try and fill it with double sided you will have problems. So by mixing them you can get around it. This is just an example but you get  my drift.

Both my Kingston and my friend's Goodram are double sided. As you can see from absic115 image in previous page my mobo supports 4 single or/and double sided RAMs.

That was just an example to help you understand that just because your friend's ram worked with yours that it still could be a problem with the memory modules. I wasn't for one minute suggesting you board wouldn't take double sided memory.

No problem with the language. You do very well considering if it was the other way around I would be f***ed!

Checking the memory in your friends machine is a good start but it still doesn't confirm that it will be ok in yours.
Have you run Memtest86+ for several loops on each module seperately?

I haven't check this ram in my friend's pc yet. I am lil busy in week.

Yes I have run memtest on each module and he didnt find any errors.

Hello folks! I have a similar problem with this board and the Athlon X2 3800+ (Manchester) CPU, when I tried the other day to install 2 DIMMs of 1GB DDR-400 Corsair VS1GB400C3 memory to my existing 2 modules of Kingston KVR400X64C3A/1G (both pairs have the same chip layout and 2.6Volt rating). My PC doesn't even power on with 4 DIMM. Any configuration of 1, 2 (in dual channel) or 3 modules is working (although the manual states that 3 modules configurations don't work, they do, albeit in DDR-333 speed). I've tried BIOS default settings and using different versions (F8, F9, F10d). After pressing the power button and nothing happens, I remove a module and the PC instantly turns on!

Hi and welcome to the Gigayte Forum.
Firstly it is not a good idea to unplug or plug in  DIMMs whilst there is power to the motherboard, as it could easilly blow the modules or the motherboard.
It could just be a case of the Vdimm voltage needing a tweek because you are filling all the slots and need to compensate.
