GA-M55SLI-S4 REV.1: Replacement Chipset Heatsink

I was wondering if anyone knew a specific low profile chipset cooler or one that can get around a gtx260's without interference, and or the mm dimension of the 2 holes. Id like to have just a drop in replacement

I think that you will find it a problem getting an active cooler that is of a lower profile than the one that is standard. I am not sure that even a watercooling block would be much better to be honest. :-\
Your only solution might be to use a passive cooler and have a remote fan blowing on it.
