Help with my GN-BR01G

Hello, ive got a Gigabyte router Model: GN-BR01G

My problem is this, from time to time the router drops my internet connection. Wich sux.. And it's not the modem or my ISP or anything im sertain that the problem is at my router. I have tested with other router. Ive got 10/10 Fiber LAN (full duplex) And i have also upgraded my firmware to the latest version
wich is :Firmware Version:      1.38E

And i have no clue what to do..

Hi and welcome to the forum.
You seem to have done the obvious things already.
Does it get hot when working?
Can you move it to a cooler position?
Have you checked the cables?
