You just have to be very good in overclocking and also have some luck ;).

And also have a LOT of money to buy Intel hardware to practice with. Of course, we don't overclock on the AMD platform, do we?!?

Oh yes, I've had my 1090T up to 4.2GHz on air but that doesn't count!!!
