« on: October 06, 2010, 01:59:35 am »
OK my rig is up and running....here is the result of my stress test...pretty good BUT if I raise the NB frequency more than 3341.0 I bet BSOD....what am I missing?? What am I doing wrong?? Should I raise the voltage of something somewhere?? The number should be 4004MHz....BSOD if I change it.

You might try loosening of the timings on the memory a little as it is noprmally the memory that stops the OC first. I am sure there is someone with more overclocking knowledge than me that can help you though.

Uncore multi of 20-22 would be optimal for the settings you are using, 980X does not need the uncore to be 2x ram multi.

And when running 2000Mhz ram speed or above it will be much more stable if you keep the uncore under 4Ghz.
