The DDR memory is double up so no problem but the multiplier is still showing a minimum reading. It should be moving between 6x - 11x depending on load.

What I suggest is to go into Advanced CPU Settings in the BIOS and disable EIST and then check with CPU-Z

I'm starting to run out of ideas to be honest.
In the BIOS is the CPU set to manual?

i've finelly solved the probelm..... ;D it seems that when CPU thermal monitor 2(TM2) is enabled it gives me only 6x, when disabled work's just fine.....but i wonder why, my cpu temperature doesn't go over 50 degrees C. is it a problem??

It's definitely not a problem if your temperature doesn't go over 50 degrees as long as it is that it is just not reporting that the temperature is over 50 degrees. I would suggest running Prime95 for an hour and see if it still says less than 50 degrees. If it does then I would be suspicious.

Is that on the Latest BIOS?   If so please send in an issue report so it can be fixed on the next BIOS release

Yes, if your CPU temp does not go over 50C with Prime95 running for a long time, try LinX or Intel Burn Test and see if you see the same, if you do try with more voltage and see if it still happens.    If it does, then you have stuck sensors in your CPU, which you can test now if you want using the Sensor Test in RealTemp
