Oh well I'm glad that you have discovered the cause of the noise. It was your description of it that threw me and I thought it was an actual beep sound.  :-\

i saw you did wrote some suggestions  to avoid the issue, i did everything according to yours opinions and suggestions but nothing got changed :(

Hopefully now that the UD3R trials have gone well they will be moving on to the other motherboards with the fix. So just keep checking the forum for news.

hey i removed the motherboard from the chassis and all other components. and assembled all hardware on the bench at home the beeping has been gone, there is a lil bit but not so loud and deadly :)  :o

its seems 750wats are not enough btw psu is 1 year old

I wouldn't think it is because the PSU is too small but it could be about the way it is supplying the power. PSUs that use multiple 12V rails can be more troublesome that single rail versions. I don't know what type yours is but that could be the problem. You will probably find if you can try it with a different PSU the noise will disappear.
