RMA...for Greece
« on: November 20, 2010, 07:25:29 pm »
Hello Uk forum,

I am having a problem with my mobo so I will claim rma!
But the think is that I found a form to fill only for us.

I dont know what form to fill and where to send it...I suppose German but I dont know for sure...

And what about the ship cost..

Any help my English friend?
Cause the pins are faulty and I have the mobo only for 3months(but now I have the opportunity to check it out)

I am in terrible situation and I need help!
Our gigabite gr site says nothing about it...

Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte UK Forum.

The information we are told to give in these situations is to first contact your retailer from which you bought the board. Failing that you can contact GGTS and they will help you with the returns procedure.

Sorry I can't help any more than that.

Well I don't want to put a dampener on things but I think you are being optomistic if you are expecting it to be completed by the end of the week, I'm afraid.

I am not expecting to have my mobo back..

I mean all the paperwork and packaging!

Do you know what will cost to package it and send it...

Or you pay all the shiping costs?

The RMA authorisation should be all completed within a few days. I really don't know about the procedure or costs involved where you are. That is something you will have to enquire about during the RMA process.
