You are very welcome and it makes a change to delve into parts of the system that I don't normally have a lot to do with.
To be honest though most serious audiophiles would not use the onboard sound device anyway and would be using a dedicated sound card. I only use the sound for games etc so I am not to bothered and am happy with what's included.
