I have just tried what you sugested and I have to report that if I connect mouse on PS2 and keyboard on USB it is working fine, also when connect mouse on USB and keyboard on PS2 everything is working fine. So .... where is the catch?

I agree with refosk.
As far as the keyboard in PS2 - it works fine with mouse attached to USB. But reverse of it doesn't work

Yes I am sure that your solution would work fine but I fail to see why you should have to impliment and purchase that for the system to work.

As you can read in my first post I have two computers controled via KVM switch with single keyboard and mouse.
