A the pictures were taken when I was installing in Native IDE Mode, that is why the Drives are showing in the way they do.

As you already have your SATA Controller set for AHCI you don't need to make any changes to BIOS when it comes to installing your SSD.
Remember, when all else fails a cup of tea and a good swear will often help! It won't solve the problem but it will make you feel better.
