You haven't included your location in tour profile so I can't give you any advice on RMA as an option instead.

It might be worth finding out how Gigabyte Australia views the bent pin problem from a RMA point of view as different countries seem to have a different outlook on it. If you think you can sort it yourself then fine if not try asking the manufacturer.

it appears that I got it from eBay.. And I tried straightening the pins and stuffed up on some more I cannot contact gigabyte in aus because they don't have their own branch and I just stuffed it up even more trying to fix it. I heard I can send it back still..

hmm they actually don't did u notice when you click on the link it directs you back to the gigabyte homepage and no other information such as addresses or phone numbers sorry. Hmmm not sure on what to do now :/

hemm tried calling that number however it tells me please redial that number and try agaion... lol ill ask around thats weird

fixed the calling and turns out the person is on leave at the moment so....i have to wait this is very horrible..
