G41M-Combo Crashes on Waking from Suspend.

This was my first Gigabyte mobo. I'm a little disappointed so far.  It works ok with the exception of it won't sleep with crashing on waking.  It WILL sleep and wake perfectly running 32bit windows on the exact same config.  However if I load 64 bit windows on it, it won't work.  It will hibernate, but heck, it boots faster than it recovers from hibernate.  I know it's not a Microsoft issue because I have a system running Windows 7-64 on a ASUS board and it works just fine.  I have the latest bios is there one coming soon to fix this?  Please help, I would like a good alternative to ASUS but not with these kinds of problems.

Well my first thoughts would be that the memory isn't compatible with this motherboard and that would be borne out by G.Skill's website for your memory that doesn't have it on the list.

Thanks for your time.  However I'm not sure I agree with you. I ordered the memory based on the specs not on what few modules Gigabyte had tested. - From Gigabyte memory webpage -   "Memory modules listed below are for reference only. Due to massive memory models on the market, we can only verify some of them."

 Running Windows MEM test everything checks out OK there is no addressing issues while running all runs great.

Also the suspend function works perfectly with the same memory running windows 7 - 32 bit.

I believe this to be a bios issue.  I hope GIGABYTE releases an update soon.  If not I will have to go back to ASUS.

Do you have HPET enabled, if so did you change it to x64?   Maybe test also with it disabled.

Just something to look into since you said it works fine in x86 OS.

EuP/ErP disabled if in your BIOS?

Well I finally fixed the problem.  I took out he motherboard, removed RAM, and CPU.  Reinstalled everything onto an ASUS motherboard and rebooted.  NOW everything works perfectly!  I wanted to try something new and learned a $55 lesson.  But the Gigabyte won't go to waste, I guess I'll build a 32 bit <4GB ram- system since that seems to be all it can handle despite specs.  Thanks to everyone who tried to help however.  No offence to you guys, I'm just frustrated with Gigabyte.
