With what you mentioned above, the same sound I listed before (Beep for 5 Seconds, off for 2, on again for 5 seconds repeatedly,) happens again.  This is with everything on a cardboard sheet.

If they are long beeps then that is fine as it is just showing that the graphics cardisn't inserted. So now you can fit that to the motherboard and don't forget the power supply to it.

Now test again.

Are these beeps long or short ?

Its the same results as before.  5 Second long beeps, stop for 2 seconds, 5 second long beeps, etc.  It keeps doing that over and over.

Do you have your graphics card in the top slot ?

The beeps are telling you it is a GPU error so either your GPU is faulty or the motherboard is.

Yes, the GPU is in the top slot.  Is there any way for me to test whichever one it is without having a spare around?

No I am afraid not really. You will have to see if you can borrow a similar make card off somebody just to try or get a local shop to test it for you.

Just wanted to give you an update of this situation.

I've ended up RMAing the Motherboard and a new one should be on it's way soon.

It was the Motherboard.  The new one came, I hooked everything up, and it boots up and POSTs.

I'm having trouble installing the OS now though.  It keeps getting stuck at a certain point... It's Windows 7 Professional 64-Bit.

During the installation it gets to "Expanding Windows files (0%) ..." and stays there.  People are saying that it has to do with Intel Speed Stepping, but I can't find it anywhere in the BIOS.  Any idea where that might be?

Nevermind.  The issue with Windows 7 was caused by a Dirty Disk. Cleaned it and now my Operating System is installed.  Thanks for all the help!

However, my 2 TB HDD is not being detected at the moment.  I can't find any information on this.  Would this happen to be an answer you could give or should I look else where?

Some background information just in case... I have my SATA Drives to be set up as AHCI.  The SATA Devices are detecting my 90GB SSD OCZ Agility2 and my DVD Drive... However, when detecting the SATA Drive that the HDD (Western Digital Caviar Green WD20EARS 2TB 64MB Cache.) it times out and says "No Device Found."

Would you be able to help with this or no?  I'd greatly appreciate it if you could.
