Try a PS2 keyboard instead. Often that will work in these circumstances when USB wont.

I even tried removing BIOS battery for half an hour. Didn`t help. That`s all I can do on today.
Tomorrow I`ll buy cheapest PS2 keyboard :/

bought a 4 euro PS2 keyboard, turned on USB ports in BIOS and now it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
