EG45M-UD2H mobo and Windows XP.
Which video outputs are expected to work together in Windows XP dual extended desktop configuration?
(of DVI-D, HDMI or analog)
Right now I managed to set up dual monitor extended desktop with DVI and analog.

Can I use DVI and HDMI (cable to DVI) configuration for 2 PC monitors?
If that's it, then must get an HDMI to DVI cable.


Is it different under Vista?

sure, you can do that HDMI/DVI multiplexed on those 2 digital display port.
its no different with vista or xp, only make sure you download the right version driver.
