Please can you explain a little more about what you are trying to do.
What do you have the spdif connected to ?
Have you selected spdif as the input ?

SPDIF out is from Amino AmiNET100 set-top box. Connected with proper cable. So I expect sound through speakers but nothing.

To be honest I have never even heard of these boxes before but having checked on the net it seems that people have some problem with digital signals with them. They are a bit old now and maybe that's the problem.
Have you selected the spdif as the input on the computer?

Now it goes, I don't know it. Motherboard manual says how to connect the cable, and some configuration which is so tiny picture of that. I'm really new to SPDIF-stuff.

Yes no problem the language barrier is often a stumbling block.
Check here for more information that might be of use to you and at least you can make it bigger
http://download.gigabyte.eu/FileList/Manual/mb_manual_ga-x58-usb3_e.pdf
Have a look in the control panel and Sounds icon. You can set it to different input and output devices from there. You might also have a Realtek HD Audio Device tab icon as well that does similar things.

This PDF material has the same small picture as the paperwork. My Realtek interface gives only this picture for configuration.

Does your spdif out work when using another source for the input ?
Is your computer actually receiving an input from your set top box ?

No, I don't have any other source to find out. And answering to the second line - how do I really find out? Every part from the box to the computer is brand new, so I don't expect there's a sort of damage or such.

Most of our problems are concerning new parts so I wouldn't be too sure that just because it's all new it is perfect
