Sounds like you could have damaged something with your overclocking attempt.

You could try clearing the CMOS and starting again with Optimised BIOS defaults.

Remove the power cable from the mains supply and then press the power switch on the case for a few seconds just to drain any residual energy in the PSU capacitors.

Once done remove the motherboard battery for at least one hour before replacing it.

Next plug back into the mains supply and boot.

You will now need to enter the BIOS by pressing DEL and load Opimised BIOS Defaults.

Make any other changes to the BIOS settings to suit your self like disabling the floppy drive, disabling the full screen logo and making the HDD the primary boot device and then press F10 to save and exit.

i think i might have solved it, i adds a scond psu to the mix and have it at 4.2 and runing no problems yet , i have the bestbuy brand 1000 watt powering the 6 drives and video card and have my 750 powering the mb and water pump and fans , the 750 is almost 6 years old but it is a name brand , i did crash after about 20mins of full load on intels stress test program, witch it way best that when i had it with just the bestbuy psu that would only last like 3 mins no matter what setings i had , having both was a major improvement, might have to pick up a nice 1200w psu later

Whatever you get buy quality, don't buy the one with the most wattage rating you can get at the cheapest.   You want something in the middle that's good quality, with the most watts you can afford.

Power supply is the single most important part of your system, never use "Free" power supplies that come with cases, and avoid generic ones as well.

u think 6 year old 750 watt is enought for just powering the board and water pump , no hd's or video is connected to this psu, i still get os not respoding somtimes after a few hours of gaming it is an improvement but still freezes and skips after a few hours insted of 20mins like with the 1k psu

If you are using it as a master and slave setup with it just powering the motherboard and pump I would think it should be fine as long as it doesn't have any faulty components although I think I would have used the new PSU for the mobo, GPU, etc and used the slave for the drives and pump etc.
